LARGO (FOX 13) -
Officer at a Largo motel say it appears one woman shot another, and then tried to shoot and kill herself.
It happened at 6550 Ulmerton Road.
Employees of the Suburban Lodge say they two women, who they described as a couple, were set to check out today, but did not.
When the employees went to the room, they found one of the women dead, and the other seriously injured from a gunshot wound.
Detectives say it appears that one of the women shot the other then unsuccessfully tried to kill herself.
The injured woman was taken to Bayfront Medical Center.
The women's identities have not been released.
