Investigators say Adams, 21, was not wearing a helmet when his motorcycle struck a retaining wall Saturday afternoon.

A 21-year-old Plant City man died Saturday afternoon from injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash in Hillsborough County.
Jacob Adams, who was not wearing a helmet, was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:15 p.m.
According to a Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office report Adams was traveling west on Frontage Rd. on his 2003 Suzuki Motorcycle when he lost control while trying to negotiate a curve in the road.
The bike hit a concrete retaining wall near the County Line Rd. intersection and Adams was ejected.
Investigators say he was traveling approximately 45 miles per hour at the time of the incident.
The official cause of the one-vehicle crash is still under investigation.
