Help the Victims of Sandy by Donating Money or Time

Hurricane Sandy has affected as much as 60 million people throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Donations help the Red Cross provide shelter, food, emotional support and other assistance to those affected by disasters like Hurricane Sandy. To donate, visit, call 1-800-RED-CROSS, or text the word REDCROSS to 90999 to make a $10 donation.

Don't forget that after a crisis, the American Red Cross is in need of blood donations.  Supplies are depleted during a natural disaster or emergency, and blood donations drop because people in affected communities cannot make it out to donate blood.  Please consider giving the gift of live by making an appointment to donate blood.
