One dead, one injured in strip club shooting

One person is dead and another in critical condition after a shooting behind a Tampa strip club, police said.

It happened after some sort of altercation at the Flash Dancers club on West Cayuga Street, officers said.

Investigators say two males were shot. The deceased has been identified as Cornelius Dix of Tampa. The other person shot was Jose Ortiz of Tampa.

No arrests have been made, and police are actively investigating the incident.
