Here's the recipe for the "World's Best Granola," at least according to Ann Gilbert of Shapes.
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup olive oil
2 eggs
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 TSP vanilla
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup ground flax
2 TBSP sesame seeds
1/2 cups sunflower seeds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup whey powder
1 cup semi sweet choc chips
3 cups steel cut oats
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes in a greased 13" x 9" pan.
