CLEARWATER (FOX 13) -
Police in Clearwater have arrested a man they say got a 12-year-old girl pregnant.
According to investigators, the young victim complained to her mother about stomach pains. When they went to the hospital, doctors determined she was pregnant.
The hospital contacted police. Their investigation concluded that Cesar Ernest Alcivar, 39, had sexual interaction with the victim multiple times during the past year.
Alcivar was arrested and charged with capital sexual battery.
