Police say a 14-year-old girl reported missing from Winter Haven was found in Highlands County.
Amber Belcher was last seen in the area of 150 Avenue A Southeast in Winter Haven in a silver minivan.
A Highlands County deputy spotted the van in a parking lot in Lake Placid.
They say she was alone and appeared to be okay.
She had been with an adult relative who was at an eye appointment in Winter Haven. Amber stayed in the car.
When the relative came outside, the girl and the van were gone.
Detectives are still talking with her to find out why she ended up in Highlands County.
