PASCO COUNTY (FOX 13) -
When you're growing up, there's a good chance your parents
threatened to wash your mouth out with soap.
But a Pasco County man learned that doesn't really apply
when you're adult. John Vincent Caruso has been charged with domestic battery
for doing just that.
Deputies say he tried cleaning his girlfriend's mouth out
with soap during an argument. According to the sheriff's office, she swore at
him, so a few minutes later he grabbed a bottle of dish soap and squirted it in
her mouth.
Caruso was arrested and later released on $250 bond.
