Company accused of violating Davis-Bacon Act

PAULDING COUNTY, Ga. -

The government says a longtime family-owned construction business in Paulding County failed to pay workers what they're owed.

The federal stimulus money was supposed to go into the pockets of employees to help the economy, but workers tell FOX 5 I-Team reporter Randy Travis that there's an even higher concern.
