MOON LAKE (FOX 13) -
Two men were injured Friday in a robbery in the Moon Lake area of Pasco County.
It happened at the 13100 block of Midvale Avenue.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, deputies arrived and found a 44-year-old man tied up to a chair inside the house with a cut on his head.
Earlier, a neighbor spotted two women and a man loading furniture out of the home into the homeowner's van.
When he went over to see what was happening, the suspects hit him over the head with a baseball bat.
The suspects then took off with the van and the stolen property.
Both victims were taken to the hospital; one with serious injuries.
The van is described as a 2000 white Ford van, license plate number 366 TQH. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Pasco County Sheriff's Office at 727.844.7711.
