CLEARWATER (FOX 13) -
Four people were taken to the hospital and the eastbound lanes of the Courtney Campbell Causeway were closed after a two-car crash Tuesday night.
Emergency rescue units got the call about the crash around 6:30.
There's no word what led to the accident. But paramedics treated a total of nine people, and four went to the hospital. Three had serious injuries. Five refused transport, officials said.
All lanes were reopened late Tuesday night.
