Driver dead after collision with school bus

A 64-year-old woman was killed in her Chrysler Sebring on Thursday after colliding with a school bus.

The crash happened at the intersection of Symmes Road and North Street around 1 p.m. There were no children on the school bus at the time.

A passenger inside the Chrysler suffered injuries and was taken to Tampa General. Elie Saintil, the driver, died at the scene.

The investigation into the crash will continue Friday.
