Armed carjacking suspect arrested in Winter Haven

Police in Winter Haven say they've nabbed a dangerous criminal who carjacked a person at gunpoint last month.

Kadarian Freeman was arrested in connection with the crime, which happened at 2^nd Street and Lucerne Park Road.

Police say Freeman pointed a large caliber gun at the victim's head and then stole their car.

Freeman has a long arrest record. He's now charged with armed robbery.

He was booked in the Polk County Jail.
