Cortnee Brantley will have a second jury trial next month.
She's the woman accused of helping Dontae Morris hide out after shooting two Tampa police officers.
Brantley's lawyer was denied a request to try the case without a jury. He asked for a bench trial, arguing it would be difficult to find an impartial jury because of all the media coverage on the case.
Brantley is charged with concealing the fact that Morris was a felon in possession of a weapon.
The judge declared a mistrial in July, after a jury deadlocked.
Brantley will face a second jury in October.
