An 18-year-old Dade City man was arrested Saturday on two counts of attempted murder.
Andres Miguel Limas is being held without bond at the Pasco County Jail.
According to a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report Limas was standing in the back of a Chevrolet pick-up truck when he allegedly opened fire on a vehicle on 17th St. in Dade City.
The incident occurred at approximately 1:20 a.m. Saturday morning.
Fortunately nobody was injured in the hail of gunfire but the vehicle was severely damaged. The driver and his passenger drove the car to a family member's house where they called for help.
Investigators say Limas and the two men have had an ongoing dispute. The victims gave sworn statements to deputies and the suspect was located and questioned.
Limas denied the allegations, was read his rights and arrested on two counts of attempted murder.
