Annual Met Opera event begins at Lincoln Center Plaza

The annual Met Opera event returned on Saturday as the 10 day festival kicked off at Lincoln Center Plaza Saturday night with the screening of "Enchanted Island."
Thousands attended the event which gave fans a sample of what the Met has to offer and the event was free.
This year's festival features both classic and modern productions that were televised outside and on giant HD screens.
Organizers say 3,000 seats are available every night and no tickets are needed.
