Storms topple RNC tents connecting Forum, Convention Center

Last night's fierce storms that rolled through the Tampa Bay area caused a headache for Republican National Convention workers.

They were out early Tuesday repairing a covered walkway that spans from the Convention Center to the Tampa Bay Times Forum.

Heavy wind and rain toppled part of the tent covering the walkway overnight, but no one was injured. And workers said it was all back up by lunchtime.
