Savoring
the variety of flavors from Tampa
Bay's restaurants is now
a little easier and cheaper, thanks to a new discount program from the Tampa Bay Host Committee.
They've
unveiled the Go Party card, a collection of offers that includes a number of freebies and specials from a
variety of restaurants.
The kitchen
is busy and things are sizzling at Grillsmith restaurant in South
Tampa. Head Chef Joe Guli is preparing one of Grillsmith's hottest
dishes, which he hopes to serve up to hungry delegates come convention time.
"We are a
home grown, Tampa-based company and we thought what better way to get this
great marketing discount offer out to visitors while they're in town for the
RNC, " said Shelly Sarbaugh, with Grillsmith.
Louis
Pappas Market Cafe in south Tampa
is another popular restaurant offering customers a free sample of their tasty
favorites while sampling the rich culture, explains Marketing Director Hani
Haddad.
"We want to
showcase our businesses our hospitality and who we are to the world," Haddad
said.
