Cops have arrested a registered sex offender for allegedly kissing two young girls at a party on Long Island in July, authorities said.

Victor Dennis, 54, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, Suffolk Police said. Two girls, 10 and 11, told police that Dennis kissed them many times during a party in West Babylon.

Dennis, who was convicted of sexually abusing a 6-year-old girl in 1995, failed to report to police that he had moved away from his registered address, authorities said.

He is scheduled for arraignment in Central Islip on August 16.
