A 1-year-old boy was among three killed Sunday night when a car collided with a semi truck in the Dade City area.
According to investigators, the crash happened on U.S. 98 near Woodriver Drive in Trilby.
It's unclear at this point what caused the crash, but the Florida Highway Patrol said a 2003 Oldsmobile swerved into the path of the semi, hitting it head-on.
The semi went off into the woods and burst into flames, and the driver, who has been identified as 56-year-old Leslie Blanton, was killed.
The two people inside the Oldsmobile, 22-year-old Joshua Brock and 1-year-old Jason Brock, were also killed.
A passenger inside the semi survived.
FHP officials were on scene Monday morning trying to gather more details.
