State officials are relaxing water restrictions, thanks in part to all the rain Tropical Storm Debby poured on the area.
The Southwest Florida Water Management District says it has found "significant improvements in aquifer and river levels as a result of Tropical Storm Debby and regular summer rains."
Residents may water before 10 a.m. or after 4 p.m.
