It weighs just as much as an average 1-year-old, but already it's getting ready for retirement.
That sounds like the life of "Mango" the 15 pound lobster.
"Mango" is the newest resident at "Lobstahs" Resturant on Anna Maria Island.
He may be the largest Maine lobster in Florida, the average weighing about a pound in a half.
Mango is almost 10 times bigger than that.
He is estimated to be around 50 to 60 years old.
"He's going to retire," said AnnaMarie Carroll. "This is going to be his permanent living spot, at Lobstahs."
Mango is worth $500, but no amount of money could take this guy from his new home.
He will live the rest of his lobster days in a salt water tank at Lobstahs, living on a diet of shrimp and codfish.
The public can come visit Mango during normal business hours.
