The parents of a Tampa teen who was shot and killed by police are asking more questions about the incident.
The shooting happened Sunday after someone called 911 to report gunfire at the Central Court apartments.
Javon Neal matched the description that the police were given, but wouldn't stop running when he was asked to.
Refusing to drop his gun, police said they were forced to fire.
"It (has happened) too many times for no reason," Neals mother said. "My son had 14 holes in him for no reason. If you're going to restrain him, right, restrain him. But don't kill him."
Neals mother said her son was only playing a game of hide and seek with some friends.
But police say the facts are clear: If officers hadn't fired, they probably wouldn't be alive today.
