The alleged victim in the case is a 14-year-old girl.

According to a Pinellas County Sheriff's Office report the assault occurred on May 3rd, in the garage of an abandoned residence. Investigators say the juvenile reported the incident to a deputy in the area who began the initial investigation.

On Thursday he met with investigators was subsequently arrested and transported to the Pinellas County Jail. Corey is no stranger to law enforcement. He has been arrested on five previous occasions in Pinellas County since 2009.
