Settlement reached in Denise Amber Lee case

PUNTA GORDA (FOX 13) -

A settlement has been reached in the Denise Amber Lee wrongful death case.

Attorneys made the announcement Friday morning, but the settlement amount reached with the Charlotte County Sheriff's office will remain undisclosed.

The sheriff's office and widower Nathan Lee agreed to the settlement.
