There's no hurricane or tropical storm in sight, but Hillsborough County is still offering free sandbags.
It's been so rainy, the northwestern part of the county has been seeing some flooding. So sandbags are available from 8 until 5 every day at the West Service Center on Sheldon Drive in Tampa.
You have to fill your own sandbags, unless you're elderly or disabled.
