TAMPA (FOX 13) -
A Hillsborough
County teacher is under
arrest, accused of being sexually involved with a student.
Deputies arrested 32-year-old Jeffrey J. Halle, a teacher at
King High School.
Investigators say Halle
had sexual contact with a 17-year-old girl in a classroom after school hours. They
say he then made arrangements to meet the girl at her home.
When he arrived at the girl's home, her father confronted
him and called the sheriff's office.
Deputies arrested Halle
late Monday afternoon. He was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail on charges
of sexual battery, and traveling to meet a minor.
