SALES ASSISTANT (Full Time Regular): Assists Sales Managers with the handling of client orders, sales presentations and client requests. Prepares all paperwork and inputs into Wide Orbit traffic system. Answers primary and secondary phone assignments and department phones as needed. Notifies Account Executives of makegood offers, pre-empts, NA's, corrections to orders and late-run notices. Other duties as assigned.
Computer literacy in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must be extremely detailed oriented and have excellent math, problem solving, organizational and time management skills. Prior knowledge of traffic systems and experience in the broadcast/advertising industry are considered a plus. Must maintain a positive attitude and be able to multi task and work well under pressure.
