After a nice dip in prices at the pump, gas prices are rising again – and quickly.
Prices here in the Bay area have shot up about 10 cents on average since last week, and that trend could continue.
In Florida, the average price of gas was around $3.26 per gallon – a 7 cent hike from last week.
"Although oil prices retreated at the end of last week, it's likely motorists have seen the last of the summer price reductions at the pump," said AAA spokeswoman Jessica Brady in a statement.
Barring any international oil disruptions or hurricanes, prices should stay around this mark or rise as we approach Fall, FOX 13's Alcides Segui reports.
