Manatee deputies make arrest in nightclub shooting
Pena, 20, was booked into the Manatee County Jail Saturday night. He is being held on a bond of $25,000.

Authorities in Manatee County have made an arrest in connection with a shooting that occurred early Saturday at a Bradenton nightclub.
Juan M. Pena, 20, is facing one count of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
He was booked into the Manatee County Jail Saturday night where he is being held on a bond of $25,000.
According to a Manatee County Sheriff's Office report deputies with the department's Violent Crimes Task Force identified Pena as a suspect shortly after the 1 AM incident.
The shooting occurred at the Oneco Rose Lounge at 5108 15th St. East. Javier Silva suffered a gunshot wound to the forearm after a white Chevrolet Impala drove through the parking lot and fired several shots.
Silva was transported to Blake Medical Center where he was treated and released.
Witnesses gave deputies a description of the vehicle and said there were several Hispanic males inside.
After Pena was identified as the shooter an arrest warrant was issued. He was apprehended while riding as a passenger in a vehicle on 57th Ave. East late Saturday afternoon.
