The stretch of Mariner Boulevard closed down in Hernando because of sinkhole damage has been reopened, city officials said Friday.
The road looked like a war zone due to giant craters up until this week. That's after Tropical Storm Debby rolled through causing major damage.
Other parts of Hernando were hit with an outbreak of sinkholes as well. Officials said Mariner is now safe for drivers.
