Must have the following in order to apply:
- Must
have valid documentation to complete an I-9 form.
- High
School Diploma/GED.
- No
minimum experience required.
- Must
be able to use precision measuring equipment.
- Must
possess thorough working knowledge of various machine shop equipment and
tools.
- Knowledge
and ability to work from written or verbal instructions, blueprints,
sketches, and operation sheets; setup-up and operates various machine
tools in a well-equipped machine shop.
- Must
be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Preferred Skills: Prior experience in a
manufacturing environment.
Required Screenings: Criminal background
checks (local, state, federal) back 5 years, DMV, Reference, Education, SS#,
pre-employment drug screen. Drug free workplace.
Job Description:
- Sets
up and operates all machines and equipment as required and works to
specified tolerances.
- Provides
instruction regarding use of machines and equipment as required.
- May
recommend changes and modifications to department Factory Team Lead.
- Adjust
setups to maintain quality of product.
- Perform
work of lower level job classifications within the department.
- Moves
material as directed.
- Will
also be involved in storing, handling, use and disposal of hazardous waste
chemicals such as acids, caustics, flammables, poisons, and oxidizers in
accordance with federal, state and local environmental protections laws.
Employee will be retained annually to comply with applicable state and
federal regulations. This is in accordance with the codes of Federal
Regulations Title #40, Section 265.16.
- Perform
duties as directed by Factory Team Lead.
Work Environment: MFG / casual dress with
closed toe shoes on the manufacturing floor.
Hiring Process: Multiple one-on-one interviews.
Days & Hours: Work schedule to be determined, 40 hours per week.
