Walking through this Wesley Chapel Consignment shop, you can find just about every designer label: Gucci, Prada, Chanel, Ferragamo, Tori Burch and Christian LaCroix, to name a few.
What you will also find two other gems: the owners, Amber and Allie Malott -- 16-year-old twin sisters.
"We love nice things," they chime in together.
They had planned to open their boutique in a few years, with their own collection they designed. But then they met fashion consultant Tim Gunn at an event in Tampa, and he gave them some advice:
"He said to study business and marketing if we want to become fashion designers, without interning. We said somebody really needs to make a high-end consignment store. And we eventually said, nobody is, so we better," Allie said.
Friday is the grand opening for A & A Boutique. The twins own the store with their mom, Lori.
"Oh my gosh, I'm so excited and so proud of them," she said.
She started shopping with the girls when they were just 2 weeks old. And says they've always loved to shop together.
Now she's excited for their future.
"This is the beginning of their career. Life-long career as fashion designers," Lori said.
The twins are identical in many ways: they are one minute apart in age—Amber is older. But what sets them apart is their style.
"I'm more sophisticated," says Amber.
"And I'm more girly, and I guess a bit crazy," says Allie, giggling.
They read fashion magazines to stay on top of the trends, and they do dress to impress, every day.
"That's the whole thing about high-end clothing. They make you feel really good. The fit, the material, it just makes you feel special," Allie said.
They know there is a lot of fake merchandise out there. But the twins have spent a lot of time researching to know each stitch and each logo. They use fashion guides and a magnifying glass.
"I notice the stitching is this way, and if you see a fake, it's like, 'that's a fake. I can see it from a mile away most of the time," Allie said.
They've been taking in consigned items for weeks now, and they've filled out the rest of the store with items they scored at outlets.
The grand opening is Friday June 29th at 10 a.m. The store is at 2653 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Suite 108 in Wesley Chapel, near the Shops at Wiregrass.
Customers can expect to pay 50 percent off retail for new items, and 75 percent off for gently used items.
