Deputies in Pinellas County say it
looks like they have their first death connected with Tropical Storm Debby.
Investigators say a neighbor found Armando
Perez face-down in floodwaters outside his Indian Rocks Beach home Sunday
afternoon. The neighbor tried to perform
CPR, but it was too late.
According to his family, the
70-year-old had a heart condition.
Investigators believe he suffered a heart attack while standing in the ankle-deep
to knee-deep water, then drowned after collapsing.
