TECO says it has "essentially"
restored all power to customers after Tropical Storm Debby.
At its highest
point Sunday night, there were around 20,000 people without power, with the
number dropping steadily into Wednesday morning.
The company said as
high winds continue to affect the area there still could be power outages. If
