LARGO (FOX 13) -
Police in Largo are investigating after a body was found floating in a canal.
According to police, a passing pedestrian spotted the man's body floating in a small canal off of 150th Avenue North, just west of 49th Street.
At this time, the body has been pulled from the water. There is no apparent trauma nor any immediate indications of foul play.
Police have not released the man's identity, but they did say he had a Safe Harbor ID card on him.
The Medical Examiner's Office plans to conduct an autopsy.
