Courtney Campbell open; Sunshine Skyway still closed

As of 12:38am the Courtney Campbell Causeway bridge is fully open, in both directions.

The Howard Frankland and the Gandy Bridge are also open, but the Sunshine Skyway remains closed because of Tropical Storm Debby.
