FOX 13 News has learned that Dee Dee Moore has been charged with first degree murder in connection with the death of Abraham Shakespeare, the Polk County man who won the lottery, disappeared, and was discovered buried under a concrete block.
The Hillsbrough County Sheriff's Office put out a media release announcing Moore has been charged with in connection with Shakespeare's homicide.
She is already in the Hillsborugh County Jail, charged as an accessory to murder.
Shakespeare won the Florida lottery in 2006, and disappeared in early 2009.
His body was discovered buried in a shallow grave covered by a large concrete slab on a rural Hillsborough County property.
Moore was charged as an accessory after the fact in his death.
