Stand up paddle surfing

Stand-up paddle surfing, also know as "suping" is the fastest growing water sport in the world. Stand-up paddle surfing can be traced back to early Polynesia, where Hawaiian surf instructors stood up on boards to better see their students and the swells. Now, "suping" catches on in the Bay area as a new way to enjoy the water, and to work out.
