Charley helps Humane Society

FOX 13's Charley Belcher was doing a lot scooping Monday morning, as he helped out at the Tampa Humane Society.

And they put him to work. Cleaning bins, doing laundry, Charley did it all. But there's more to this place than just housing pets.
