You can call Charley the “candy man.”
On Wednesday, Charley Belcher was sinking his teeth into the City Street Sweets story at Hyde Park Village in Tampa. It's run by Steven Ashworth, who has been working in candy-making business for around 20 years.
It’s the home of homemade candy and chocolate, and Charley got an exclusive look at this local company.
