Sailtime Tampa Bay provides an affordable way to sail. This sailing club costs as much as docking fees or boat maintenance for a month.
Club organizers take care of all the work of ownership: repairs, maintenance, insurance, etc.
With 55 members, people join a specific boat so they have a sense of ownership.
