Prosecutors want Debra Lafave back on probation, and they want her back on probation immediately.
The State Attorney's Office filed a motion today asking a judge to stay the decision to end Lafave's probation early.
Last week, a judge granted her request to end her probation four years early.
In 2005, she was sentenced to three years of house arrest and seven years of probation after she pleaded guilty to having sex with a student.
The victim's family was adamantly against early termination of her probation. They say the plea agreement included a clause that stated Debra couldn't even ask for early termination.
Prosecutors want the judge to put Lafave back on probation while they appeal the ruling. They will be back in court Wednesday to present their arguments to the judge.
