Rays fans to receive replica ALC ring

ST. PETERSBURG - All Tampa Bay Rays fans attending the April 14 game at Tropicana Field will receive a replica of the American League Championship ring.

The Rays released images of the rings that will be given away at the game against the New York Yankees.

The ring, which is sponsored by International Plaza, is made of a combination of recessed and raised metal and features diamond dust on the face giving it the look and feel of diamonds, according to a news release.

The Rays organization says while tickets are sold out for the April 13 home opener, but tickets are still available for the April 14 game and remaining games of the home-opening seven game home stand against the Yankees and the Chicago White Sox.
