These young people are out doing good things for our community. They are all leaders, part of the community advisor program at Town and Country's Florida Institute for Community Studies.

They want to let the world know that most teens are good.

"When you look on the news, all you see is teenagers getting shot or robbed or raped," offered Brandon Queteo. "And we want to show them that's not all teenagers are about. We can make a positive impact despite what people think."

They have created a group called A Nicer Tampa Bay. Whenever someone does something nice for someone, they get a bracelet.

Arianna Ulloa is another role model and leader within the group. "With this organization, I fulfill everything that I want and be able to fill that I am helping others out. And that makes me feel good about myself," she said.

Alayne Unterberger, the uplifting adult leader, works with these students and she raves about their "pay-it-forward" attitudes.

"They're such leaders in the community. They do things that go above and beyond what adults do and they hardly get recognized for the good things that they do," said Alayne.
