Back to school time is right around the corner, and a Bay Area program is making sure all kids are prepared and dressed for the big event. FOX 13'S Nerissa Prest took a look at how Clothes to Kids is making a difference for families on a tight budget.

Clothes to Kids allows families to shop at their stores twice per year. They are always looking for donations and volunteers.
