TALLAHASSEE - Attorney General Bill McCollum and four state agencies are working to show how costly the federal health care bill would be and he's asking his peers around the country to help him sue the federal government.

McCollum is working with the Office of Insurance Regulation, Agency for Health Care Administration, Department of Health Care Administration and Department of Children and Families to determine how much the proposed plan would cost Florida.

McCollum said, "I can't conceive of any good in this bill and I don't think any of these agencies can."

Also Tuesday, McCollum wrote to the president of the National Association of Attorneys General asking for support of a lawsuit arguing that mandatory health care is unconstitutional if the bill passes.
