Brothers arrested in fatal shooting

BRADENTON - Deputies have arrested two Bradenton brothers in the connection with the shooting death of a Manatee County woman.

Patricia White, 43, was killed inside her home in the 3900 block of 3rd Avenue Drive East in Palmetto Oct. 1.

Deputies arrested Bryan Yarn, 21, Tuesday night on warrants for murder and armed burglary. He's being held at the Manatee County jail without bond.

According to the sheriff's office, when deputies arrived on the scene Yarn's brother Lamont, 19, was suffering from a gunshot wound. He was arrested on murder and armed burglary charges Oct. 2.

White's son Clarence, 22, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound after his mother was shot.

Detectives believe another man may have entered the home while a fourth man remained outside.

The shooting is still under investigation.
