Police in Haines City didn't have to work too hard to catch a burglary suspect. He wasn't going anywhere fast when they arrived.

It was just before 7 a.m. today when officers were called to the La Placita Mexico Supermarket. Owner Carmen Paulino told them she had heard someone screaming for help as she was opening her shop.

Investigators say they found Randy Eugene Cliett stuck in the ventilation system on the roof. Firefighters had to be called to get him out.

Police believe Cliett, 49, was trying to burglarize the market -- and it wouldn't have been the first time. He was released from prison just a few weeks ago after being convicted of robbing the same business.

Cliett was re-jailed on burglary and other charges.
