There are more legal problems for 'Dee Dee' Moore

TAMPA -

The woman accused of killing a man who won millions in the Florida Lottery has a new legal problem. The public defender assigned to represent Dorice “Dee Dee” Moore has asked to be taken off her case.

The attorney claims he must be removed because of a conflict of interest.

Moore is being assigned a new court appointed attorney.

She was supposed to enter a plea today on a first degree murder charge and another charge of intercepting an oral or wire communication.

The plea has been delayed until she meets with her new attorney.
Investigators say the 37-year-old Moore siphoned millions of Abraham Shakespeare's fortune before shooting him in early April 2009, less than three years after he cashed in a winning lottery ticket and took a $17 million lump sum payment.
